Katie Seifert has over 15+ years of experience in Lending, Real Estate, and a degree in Hospitality Management. She has her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and is currently working on her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. Katie brings both a solid knowledge of the process and a high standard of customer service.
As a native to the Space Coast, Katie has spent the last 41 years living, working, and raising her family in Brevard County. The 321 area is where she along with her husband Bryan and their two Boys, Jaxson and Charlie have made amazing memories.
Marcos Vieira has a Passion for Business and a desire to help others which makes him a natural in Real Estate. Marcos was born in Brasil and grew up in Washington D.C., and is Multilingual. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish which makes him versatile with International Buyers and Investors. Since visiting Viera, FL with his wife Maria and daughter Victoria in 2012, he knew this was the Perfect place to raise a Family.
