Greg is originally from NY and NJ. After getting his BA in History and Economics at the University of TN he bought his first investment property, a duplex in Knoxville, TN and started his banking career. Greg realized quickly that real estate and mortgages grabbed his interest and as he bought and sold more properties, he climbed the ladder in mortgage banking. Working for some of the nation’s largest banks Greg reached the point of managing a team in Tampa, FL that produced mortgages totaling over one hundred million dollars a month. Greg is now a resident of Brevard County and intimately familiar with the local market.
